AXIOM was founded in the workshops of Hatton Garden in 1996. What began as a single bench has grown into a studio renowned for rigorous craftsmanship, rare materials, and jewellery that holds its beauty across lifetimes.
We do not make jewellery for occasions. We make objects that outlive them.

The Studio
Master Jeweller & Founder
Trained at the Goldschmiedeschule Pforzheim, Elara founded AXIOM in 1996 after ten years apprenticed to some of Europe's most respected jewellers. She oversees every commission that leaves the studio.
Diamond Setter
With fifteen years at the bench and a specialism in micro-pavé and invisible setting, Kai's work demands a magnifier and a stillness of hand that few possess. He joined AXIOM in 2010.
Bespoke Design
A graduate of Central Saint Martins' jewellery programme, Margot leads our bespoke design consultations. She translates client stories into wearable objects through sketch, CAD and prototyping.
Goldsmith
Specialising in forging and fabrication, Tom works in platinum, gold alloys, and mixed metals. His technical knowledge of material behaviour allows AXIOM to realise forms other studios turn away.
How We Work
Every piece begins the same way: with a conversation. What follows is a collaboration measured in weeks, not hours.
We meet to understand you — your story, your aesthetic, your life. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
Hand-sketches, technical drawings and full photorealistic CAD renders. You see the piece before a single gram of gold is touched.
Forged, filed and formed by hand. The metal is worked by our goldsmiths over several weeks, with progress updates throughout.
Stones are hand-set, surfaces polished and the piece hallmarked at the London Assay Office before final presentation.
