Our Philosophy
Most gyms sell you access to equipment. We sell you results. They're not the same thing. Every session is coached. Every member has a plan. No one gets lost.
Every lift tracked. Every session logged. Your programme evolves as you do — no guesswork, no plateaus that last more than a cycle.
Structured training blocks, not random sessions. We plan mesocycles, deloads and peaks so your body actually adapts over the long term.
We cap sessions at 6 people. Not 12. Not 20. Six — so your coach can actually coach you, not just manage a room.
What We Offer
Progressive overload, periodised programming. Get stronger, move better. Every session has a purpose. Every week builds on the last. This is how you make real, lasting gains.
High intensity, short sessions, maximum output. 45 minutes. Nothing left. Structured intervals, coached movement, measurable work. Not just sweating — training.
The work you skip that makes all the other work possible. Improve range of motion, reduce injury risk, move pain-free. Not yoga. Not stretching. Targeted, coach-led mobility work.
12-week programme. Real food, sustainable habits. No fads, no elimination diets, no magic macros. Evidence-based nutrition that fits your life and accelerates your training results.
Max 6 per session. Coach-led, periodised, community-driven. The accountability of a class, the quality of personal training. Our most popular programme — and the one with the best waitlist.
Fully personalised. Your schedule, your goals, your programme written from scratch. One coach, entirely yours. This is the fastest route to the results you actually want — because everything is designed around you and nothing else.
Inside PULSE
Member Transformation
The Team
Every PULSE coach is a specialist. Not a generalist who does a bit of everything — a dedicated expert in their discipline, with the qualifications and competitive background to prove it.
Getting Started
No drop-in, no trial-and-error. Every new member goes through a structured onboarding so we know exactly where you are and where you're going before your first proper session.
Come in, meet your coach, try a session. No commitment required. We want to make sure we're the right fit for you as much as you want to know you're in the right place.
45-minute one-on-one movement screen. We assess mobility, stability, strength baselines and injury history. This is how we write a programme that actually works for your body.
Your programme is written and delivered within 7 days. Your coach reviews it with you, walks you through the training block, and answers every question before you start.
Monthly check-ins, programme updates every 4–6 weeks, and full access to your coach between sessions via the PULSE app. We track everything so you can see exactly how far you've come.
Member Results
I'd been going to commercial gyms for three years and made minimal progress. In my first 12 weeks at PULSE I lost 8kg of body fat, dropped two trouser sizes, and actually looked forward to training for the first time in my life. The combination of coaching and nutrition support is what made the difference.
Came in barely able to deadlift 60kg with decent form. Eight months of Ric's programming later, I pulled 160kg — that's twice my bodyweight. The technical coaching here is on another level compared to anything I experienced at a regular gym. Every session has a purpose and every weight is intentional.
I came to PULSE to get stronger for running and ended up completely changing how I train. Kezia's mobility work fixed a hip impingement I'd had for two years. Bola's conditioning sessions built a fitness base I didn't think was possible for me. Ran my first half-marathon in 1 hour 47 minutes, aged 41. PULSE changed what I thought I was capable of.
