Every lot is evaluated through rigorous blind cupping sessions before purchase. Only coffees scoring 85+ on the SCA scale make it to our roastery.

Small-batch drum roasting in-house, with each origin receiving a profile developed over weeks of iteration. We log every variable, every time.
